Colonel Kevin F. Reilly, USAF, Retired
PresidentKevin F. Reilly, President, is a retired Emergency Programs Manager with the U.S Department of Homeland Security (DHS). He has served the federal government since 1986 when he was initially commissioned an officer in the U.S. Marine Corps. Reilly later served as an Air Guard Operations Group Commander, HC-130 search and rescue evaluator pilot, and a FEMA Emergency Preparedness Liaison Officer in the Air Force Reserve. After retiring from DHS, Reilly spent three years in the Emergency Management Department at Stony Brook University Hospital. Kevin was also a volunteer in the Southold, New York fire department, were he served as a fire Captain and Emergency Medical Technician. He is also an internationally-certified “Tactical Responder” (TR-C), certified Fire Service Instructor, FEMA-certified ICS Instructor, Advanced Hazardous Materials Technician, and an AHA CPR and First Aid Instructor.
